I have been a nurse since 2001 working in a variety of settings including clinic, medical-surgical, ICU, ER, cardiac rehab, tele-stepdown, and all areas of the outpatient surgery setting. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in June 2022. I am also continuing my education in functional medicine, coupled my level one certification exam through the School of Applied Functional Medicine. I am a motivated person with a passion to help people. My goal and mission in life is to serve others and direct them how to live long, healthy lives. I am passionate about teaching how to prevent, reverse and treat diseases from a holistic perspective that involves the synergistic functional way God made us, incorporating our physical, mental and spiritual health. I have been married since 2001 to my soul-mate, and we have been blessed with four amazing children. Outside of work, you will see me spending time with my family, caring for extended family members, serving in the church and its ministries, working on the farm or watching my son play professional baseball.
