Jaqueline Perez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
I have been working in the medical field since age of 17. I began my journey working as CNA in nursing homes. Later I became a Paramedic at age 19. I received my Bachelors of science in nursing in 2006 from Oklahoma City University and then later went on the receive my Masters of Science in Nursing from South University in 2018. I spent many years working in ERs, on the ambulance, and trauma helicopters. I later found my passion working in LTC settings, being able to make a difference and care for geriatric population that is underserved is rewarding for me. I take pride in working alongside and consulting with the excellent physicians at the Mahaffey family Medicine.
Being able to build relationships with patients and provide individualized care is my goal each day and every day. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, kids, and two grandbabies. I am also very active in church working with the youth and other ministries. My hobbies include doing puzzles, cooking, watching sporting events, cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
